Google map in careem app is not perfect. It’s always shows the one or 2 building ahead or behind. So kindly update the map perfectly. For old drivers is not an big issue but definitely it’s in big issue for new captions. Beacouse if you miss the exit then it’s been long way to come back to exact location. Secondly in cash trips one you reach the destination and press cash collect option and customer want to continue the trip. Then app does not go back to normal. So kindly resolve all these.
During ride when we about to reach the destination of passenger then automatically the next rides are coming from the App. Sometimes Captain wants some rest or break or to perform any other thing like Namaz or want to go offline after completing current Ride but the App continuously gives other rides in popup which is somehow irritating. So their should be a pop-up option (during Ride) of online/offline so that Captain may go offline during ride because if the app gives us upcoming rides …….
Too many bugs,doesn’t show me on my mobileSamsung A70 any incentives and rush hours. I was waiting you to fix it and I just updated and still same issues and nothingchanged. Your application need a lot of work to be good one like Uber. If you can’t fix it just let us know so we can try another company to work with . Even sometime your app didn’t count my trips to be golden or titanium and I lost my streak twice becauseit didn’t count my trips that I have done. – – I replied on email
There is no support at all time, Over one week to registration and then i didn’t receive any trips request. And two days complain without reply. And when i call the emergency number they answered and hung up the phone 3 times. Unfortunately there’s no support at all specifically in Egypt.
Very bad experience. I get offline always automatically. I’m keep trying updating app . Uninstall and install. But same issue. I feel very bad. I have M51 Samsung 5G mobile .
I accept ride and tour on google map, when i reached to pick up destination so ride disappear and application show me home page than i unstall app and than install so i arraived there after that i pick up passenger when i reached thier drop off so again ride disappear and application show home page. I call to help.line so they end ride and tell me fare, tipl than almost passenger said we are getting late. Call me i will transfer you. Due to application error i have lost approx 8000 rupees.
I have positive balance in my account and i don’t have pay out option. I visited many supply offices every time they take my details abd account number to attach it to my profile but dont update it. Even i call at customer care they dont do this and ask me to visit supply office and supply office ask me to call help line. In app you can’t contract help center. Now id is blocked dut to argument with passenger who damged my car and same supply offices are unable to activate it. Pathetic service
What the hell Lot of notifications of rides away from minimum 4 km, 5km 6 km and creem is not paying arrival charges, also recieve – 700 background checks in just 2 weeks. So bad experience I will not recommend to any rider to entertain this fraudulent and fake policies
Ping Pop-up is not displaying when running in the background , this app doesn’t have draw over other apps. Am running Android 10. MIUI 11 xiaomi pocof1
Pick up location is always 4 to 5 km away, it should be maximum 2 km because petrol price is 234PKR per liter, careem or customers does not pay any amount for pick up distance so pick up location should have to be maximum 2 km away not more then that. Kindly improve application regarding thia issue as soon as possible.
