Air Asia Go is the worst!!! AAG double charge on our bill and yet there’s no confirmation or invoice to confirm on our purchase. Besides, customsr service here is bad!!! The customer service is not helpful and even hang up on us! I do not recommend to purchase anything from this app at all!!!!!
WORST experience ever – overcharged my card and then notify me that airasiago is unable to complete my booking after overcharging my card and does not have any booking confirmation…also, all customer support channels (phone, e-form, facebook, live chat etc.) not responsive and not helpful at all. So disappointed.
bad . i have tried several times to change my settings but it was not change after saved. then I have to search the country again..which can’t search by alphabet.. must scroll down one by one. finally after few times I had searched..i gave up. don’t want to waste my time for this.
There’s no function to type and search location whereby troublesome you need to select from menu each time you change location.. Should add in filter for different selection eg. Price range, with or without breakfast..
After one month of submitting refund request still cannot track the status, same status showing in my account. Cannot check the progress. No way to contact the executives. Worst My case numbers 88025064 / 88025061
Can’t seem to leave hotel reviews both in app and on website. Email Us link doesn’t work. App developer email doesn’t work either. Please fix this. I’d like to leave reviews for good hotels.
Very bad, not user friendly, not updated, forgot password divert to different page. Apps offered by Expedia not AirAsia anymore. 🤔
Not friendly apps of AirasiaGo anymore… Last Nov 2019, I use to book flight two way.. Now the apps don’t hav columns for flight only booking… So lame
I don’t understand the point of this app. I can only find for hotels with this app. But on the website, I can book Flight+hotel.
Very funny apps, after ive download it as usual ive key in my email and my password, guess what…another user LG OPTIMUS log into my email acc…. I made A quick recovery and change my password…
